When the stakes are high and timelines are tight, sterile manufacturers call Normec MTL. We resolve complex remediation, including CIP/SIP failures, CQV gaps, sterility risks and regulatory findings, and we lead new-facility delivery, capital projects and QMS establishment without delay.
Our SMEs cover every critical area of sterile manufacturing engineering: process and sterile utilities, aseptic equipment, contamination control, thermal mapping, CQV, CSV and data integrity, compliance and training. Unlike resourcing-led delivery models, the same senior people who plan the work carry it out and own its closure to inspection.

De Lama; Process and Sterilisation Equipment for Ireland and UK Market
Established in Pavia, Italy in 1949, De Lama has a 70 year reputation for innovation and high quality manufacture, I have seen this around the world but not in Ireland or UK. That is changing today; our sister company MTL Projects Ltd has signed a deal to be exclusive agents for the supply, qualification and support for De Lama Equipment in Ireland and UK. MTL Projects Ltd has the Engineering and CQV capabilities already employed in the qualification of thermal processes, sterilisation and depyrogenation systems. This resource will also supply and support De Lama equipment in UK and Ireland.

Qualifying our Portable Incubator for on site work including Biological Indicator testing
Our Validation Engineers perform Thermal mapping of Incubators, fridges, freezers using Vaisala data loggers and this is currently showing good control in our 55C to 60C range.
