NorthEast BioLab Appoints VP of Business Development

Mr. Pandey will be responsible for crafting and executing the Company’s sales and marketing, capital expenditure, as well as financing strategy. Mr. Pandey has 10+ years of diverse experience in corporate development, investment banking, and management consulting. Prior to joining NorthEast BioLab, Mr. Pandey served as Sr. Manager Corporate Development at Verizon, where he sourced and executed investment, divestiture, and joint venture opportunities. Prior to Verizon, Abhay served as investment banking associate at Lazard’s middle market advisory group in New York City. At Lazard, Abhay was responsible for advising clients on strategic alternatives including outright company sale or majority equity investment. Previously, Abhay spent several years at ZS Associates as a sales and marketing consultant. ZS Associates is a management consultancy headquartered in Evanston, IL that provides services primarily to pharmaceutical, biotechnology, and healthcare sectors.

Mr. Pandey received a bachelor’s degree in engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur and a master’s degree in business administration (MBA) from Duke University, Fuqua School of Business. In his free time, he enjoys participating in adventure sports and cooking North Indian and multi-cultural fusion cuisines.
