After-Work Drinks: Paperless Validation

November 25, 2025

Our After-Work Drink – Paperless Validation, organized in collaboration with Farma Consulting & Partners, was a huge success. We welcomed a fantastic turnout of professionals who joined us for an inspiring mix of insights, networking, and great conversations.

The discussions on paperless validation and continuous compliance led to valuable exchanges, and the standing reception created the perfect setting to connect with both familiar and new faces from across the industry.

A heartfelt thank you to everyone who attended and contributed to the wonderful atmosphere.

November 19, 2025

The Normec GxP Networking Evening in Leiden on November 19, 2025, brought together professionals from the biotechnology, pharmaceutical, and medical device industries for a relaxed and engaging evening. Over drinks, hors d’oeuvres, and good conversation, attendees—ranging from CEOs to freelancers—discussed current topics such as AI in R&D and compliance, new European pharmaceutical rates, trends in freelancing, and mergers and acquisitions in the life sciences. No presentations—just meaningful connections and lively conversations—making it a memorable evening for the life sciences community.

Morning Talk: Bridging the Gap to Reliable GxP Talent

On July 1, Normec Advipro, in collaboration with PlusOne, hosted a well-attended Morning Talk at LegiaPark in Liège as part of its ongoing expansion into Wallonia. The event brought together life sciences professionals to address a pressing issue in the sector: the persistent shortage of qualified GxP talent.

Advipro After-Work Drinks

The first edition of our after-work gathering was a huge success. The GxP Academy served as the vibrant backdrop for an inspiring evening filled with knowledge sharing and networking. After a warm welcome from Alain, Gerlinde gave an interesting presentation on the Risk-Based Approach versus the V-Model. Nathan enthusiastically presented MoVE’s validation materials, after which the evening concluded with a delightful pasta buffet and enjoyable conversations. Thank you to everyone who attended—we’re already looking forward to the next edition!
