ADVANCED TESTING

ECM’s testing services cover the full spectrum of security and performance checks required for the most demanding sectors, from manufacturing to MedTech. Our advanced tests include:

  • Electromagnetic Compatibility (EMC): We verify that your devices do not interfere with others and are resistant to external interference. At the heart of these tests is our latest-generation semi-anechoic chamber, which guarantees precise and isolated measurements.
  • Electrical Safety and IP Rating: We ensure protection against electric shock and insulation from dust and liquids by verifying compliance with strict IP Rating tests.
  • Mechanical Reliability: We perform mechanical stability and vibration tests to simulate real-world conditions, as well as robustness tests such as ISO 14120 – Impact tests on guards. Projectile Test: using a compressed air device, known as a “cannon,” we simulate the impact of a small solid object ejected at high speed from the inside to the outside.
