Validation means protection against infection. Clear processes ensure safety. Protect your patients and your team. Validation can be understood as a kind of TÜV, in which the entire reprocessing process of your facility is checked in accordance with legal requirements. This involves comparing a specified target status (laws, standards, RKI recommendations) with an actual status found in your practice. It is important to know that it is not just about ‘the device’, but the entire reprocessing process in your practice is assessed.

It is important that we assess the actual process. On the day of validation, we therefore need at least one worst-case test load (for a new performance assessment) that corresponds to the sample of your regular load. All instrument groups must be represented. You will receive sufficient information from us in advance so that you are optimally prepared.

Our validators are recognised and trained experts. They take time for you. Quality takes centre stage. In addition to the parameters on the machines such as temperatures, pressures, holding times, water and vapour qualities, loading arrangements, dosages and pH values, the prescribed work instructions, routine checks and approvals must also be taken into account. Initial validations are significantly more extensive and therefore take longer than renewed performance assessments. In preparation for each appointment, we will inform you of the approximate duration to be planned in a personal meeting. Depending on the number of devices and the required scope, we will be on site for between 3 and 7 hours.
