Alexandra De Zutter
Associate Consultant Translational Science
Alexandra has a Master in Biomedical Sciences and performed her Master thesis research at Tsinghua University in Beijing. Having completed a PhD in Biomedical Sciences, she focused on the design, synthesis and therapeutic evaluation of chemokine-derived peptide-based treatments, both in vitro and in vivo, mainly in pathological angiogenesis and cancer.
Alexandra has a recent experience in product development and sales. She worked closely in cross-functional teams to navigate the complexities of market entry, regulatory pathways and customer engagement. She supported in the development of a new immunostimulant, which included data and gap analysis, research partner and customer identification. Analytical thinking, problem-solving and conscientiousness are central to her approach.
